Submit an application through the mobile app

You can submit an application to connect MARTA Terminal through the mobile app by following the video tutorial or the written instructions:

Download the MARTA app:

For Android devices:

  • Open the Google Play Store on your smartphone or tablet.

  • In the search bar, type "MARTA Terminal."

  • Find the app with our logo and tap "Install."

  • Wait for the download and installation to complete.

Open the app:

  • Open the MARTA Terminal app and select your preferred interface language.

  • Upon the first launch, the app will prompt you to read and agree to the Public Offer. Read the terms and click the "Agree" button.

  • The app may also request necessary permissions (access to notifications, NFC, camera, etc.):

    • Grant all requested permissions to ensure the app functions correctly.

Begin the registration process:

  • On the welcome screen, enter your phone number and tap the arrow icon "Next."

  • If your number is not yet registered in our system, you will be redirected to complete the registration form.

Fill out the registration form by providing the following information:

1. Personal Information:

  • Email: Enter your valid email address.

  • Phone number: Your contact number (if not entered previously).

  • Name and Surname:

    • For legal entities: Enter the name and surname of the director.

    • For individual entrepreneurs and self-employed: Enter your own name and surname.

  • Director's PINFL or Your Own PINFL:

    • Enter the PINFL of the legal entity's director or your own PINFL (14 digits).

  • Business Type:

    • Select the appropriate type:

      • "Legal entity," "Individual entrepreneur," or "Self-employed."

  • Consent to Personal Data Processing Terms:

    • Read the terms by clicking on the link "Terms of Personal Data Processing." Tick the box "I accept the terms of personal data processing."

  • Click "Next" to continue.

2.Business Information:

  • TIN or PINFL:

    • If you are a legal entity, enter the TIN (9 digits).

    • If you are an individual entrepreneur or self-employed, enter the PINFL (14 digits).

  • Bank Account or Card Number:

    • For legal entities: Enter the bank account where the revenue will be transferred.

    • For self-employed and individual entrepreneurs: Enter the bank account or card number where the revenue will be transferred.

  • Full Address:

    • Enter your legal address (city, street, building, office, etc.).

3.Attach the Required Documents:

  • State Registration License:

    • Attach a photo or scan of the certificate of state registration of the legal entity, individual entrepreneur, or self-employed person.

  • Passport Scan of Director or Business Owner:

    • Attach a photo or scan of the passport of the legal entity's director or your own passport if you are an individual entrepreneur or self-employed.

Note: The app may request access to the camera and file system to upload documents. Grant all requested permissions for proper functionality.

Complete the registration:

  • Make sure all the information is entered correctly and all required documents are attached.

  • Click the "Register" button.

  • You will see a message saying "Application Accepted."

Wait for feedback:

  • Our manager will contact you shortly—usually within 15 minutes—to clarify details and complete the connection process.
